We would like to introduce you Sands Point, a new, exiting premier project. Sands Point is an illustrious oceanfront tower of luxury residences on the Costa Rica’s coveted Pacific coast, bringing the impeccably designed work of the world-famous architect firm, Arquitectonica, to Costa Rica for the first time ever.

We actively sought an area to develop on the mid-Pacific coast with great future potential and ample infrastructure. Arquitectonica took that idea and ran with it.
